Design Institute TomskNIPIneft conducted an audit of Insist Avtomatika LLC with the purpose of assessing the company as a prospective contractor in the field of control systems design. The audit covered several aspects - availability of human resources (quality and quantity of personnel), availability of equipment and design software, and experience in design. Besides, auditors checked the company's quality management system for its compliance with requirements of ISO 9001:2008.
In the course of the audit the quality of business processes of Insist Avtomatika as well as its technical and organizational potential were highly appraised: according to the audit methodology the company scored 9.1 out of 10. As the result of the audit Insist Avtomatika was recommended as a subcontractor in process control systems design.
