ISA-BALANCE The data reconciliation system ISA-BALANCE closes mass and energy balances and detects gross errors in flow measurements taken in engineering networks of enterprises in any industry. The data reconciliation implies a zero balance for all process facilities while preserving maximal approximation of reconciled data to the measured values. As a result a balance produced on the basis of approved data does not include unrecorded losses. The data reconciliation system is a powerful tool for production managers and those who close material and energy balances. It allows closing material and energy balances of a large enterprise in several minutes. In the process of data reconciliation gross errors sources are found out, fault sensors or product loss locations are detected, and incorrect values are substituted by approved data.
