ISA-GAS

The automated process control system of gas production and treatment ISA-GAS has been developed for automation of all facilities of gas production and treatment. It includes the following subsystems:

• ISA-CDG – solution for automation of oil and gas production shops;
• ISA-PIPELINE - solution for complex automation of field, industrial and main pipelines;
• ISA-CDP - scalable solution for central control rooms and control centres;
• ISA-BALANCE – subsystem of data reconciliation and balance closing;
• ISA-INFO – information system for main subdivisions of gas production enterprises;
• ISA-COMPRESSOR – solution for automation of compressor stations;
• ISA-GIS – solution for gas metering stations.

ISA-CDG

The software-hardware complex ISA-CDG has been designed as a basis for standard solutions for gas production shops automation of gas enterprises and oil enterprises working in gas field. ISA-CDG performs the following functions:

• acquisition of operating data on process equipment status at well pads and transfer of this information to a supervisor;
• automated and operative (remote or on-site) control of production processes;
• acquisition and storage of data on well pads operation in a real-time data base for analysis and reporting.

ISA-GIS

The automated process control system of facilities of gas-metering station ISA-GIS has been designed to perform the following operations:

• commercial metering of quality and quantity of tank gas pumped out into the main pipeline and commercial operations connected with this process;
• efficient control of gas flow rate and gas qualitative measures;
• increased reliability and efficiency of process equipment operability and speed of operative decisions making;
• information interoperability with control systems of gas treatment facilities and with control centre on the basis of ISA-CDP;
• reduced nonproductive losses, operating costs;
• improved labour conditions;
• reporting for a period of time (hour, twenty-four hours) and preparation of commercial documents required for commercial operations connected with gas pumping out in main pipeline.

ISA-COMPRESSOR

ISA-COMPRESSOR ensures increased reliability of compressors control system, quality maintenance of process mode and its security, accuracy of measurement and regulation of process parameters, personnel’s actions efficiency along with the reduction of gas losses and improvement of the environment at the facility.
