ISA-PIPELINE The automated process control system of liquid and gaseous products transportation through pipelines ISA-PIPELINE has been designed for automation of all facilities of pipeline transportation and includes the following subsystems:
ISA-PIPELINE represents a turn-key solution for automation of pipelines without any restrictions concerned with pipeline topology and length as well as the type of transported liquid, gaseous and multiphase products. ISA-PIPELINE-TM Pipeline telemetry system ISA-PIPELINE-TM has been designed for data acquisition and operative control of the process of product transportation through a pipeline and gathering of data on its operation in a database for further accounting, analysis, and reporting. ISA-PIPELINE-TM controls the operation of a whole pipeline from a workstation of an oil pipeline operator in the following operating modes:
ISA-PIPELINE-TM is tightly integrated with a pipeline control room developed on the base of ISA-CDP and can reserve data and information carrier mediums. ISA-SOU The software-hardware complex ISA-SOU (leak detection system) has been designed to control leak tightness of pressure pipelines transporting liquid and gaseous products. The system performs the following functions:
According to the classification API 1130 "Computational PipeLine Monitoring for Liquid PipeLines", Second Edition, November, 2002, leak detection system is positioned as LDS based on statistic analysis (clause 4.1.2 of the mentioned document); according to the classification ÐÄ 13.320.00-ÊÒÍ-544-06 – as a combined LDS. Pipeline leak tightness control is performed using some independent methods in dynamic, stationary and static pipeline operation modes. ISA-SOU fully complies with the requirements of above-mentioned normative documents. ISA-SOU is supplied as an autonomous system or can be integrated into the pipeline control system ISA-PIPELINE-TM. | ||||
