Modernization of Process Control System of a Tube-Rolling Mill

One of the largest Russian pipe and metal-roll manufacturer that produces about one third of all large diameter pipes in Russia. Their products are used in construction of Russian and international gas pipelines.

Insist Avtomatika completed replacement of control system built on controllers Melplac-550 (Mitsubishi) with a control system built on Siemens software and hardware. The system is designed for a section of tube-rolling mill of electric tube-welding complex producing medium-diameter tubes in electric welding shop.
